Last night we had our very first Raw Food workshop for beginners at our home in Etterstad, Oslo. As for me who was giving the "class"; I loved it, It was fun and so cosy. We were 6 people in total which made it more intimate and we could all be part of the same conversation. I asked participants to come and try for themselves how to, for example spiralize zucchinis for the raw pasta and to massage the sauce. So it became more of an interactive workshop, which made things even more fun.  We will most certainly be having more workshops in the future! At the end we ate dinner together, with candle lights and nice music on the background.
